Better sleep achieved
I purchased it for my husband, who says his sleep has greatly improved, even with a baby at home! I give him 2 instead of the 3 recommended, as the vitamin concentration is quite high.

Normalised sleep patterns
Excellent vitamin for a woman of 50 with a complex lack of vitamins! The overall condition has vastly improved, the skin feels softer, and the colour looks healthier. My nails no longer flake, and hair fall has decreased significantly. Best of all, my sleep has returned to normal! There's nothing excessive in this supplement.
